Frequently Asked Questions

This page is to provide answers to frequently asked questions. If you do not see your question here, please feel free to contact the administrator.

01 Do you accept insurance?

First and foremost, insurance companies do not pay for DUI/DWI Education classes. The answer to the question is yes, we do accept patients with UNITED HEALTHCARE as their insurance company only at this time.

02 I recieved a DUI/DWI out of state, will this program be accepted?

Yes! We are an approved location for out of state offenses and upon signing a release form we will be able to send your participation and completion information to where ever you need it sent.

03 Do you charge a fee if I do not show up to an appointment?

This is a tricky question. Our policy is that you must cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of your set appointment to not be charged. There is a fee and it must be satisfied on or before your next appointment in order to attend the next appointment.

04 What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit at this time. However, if your check is returned there will be an additional fee. With that being said, We can accept partial payment at the time of the visit as long as the outstanding balance is satisfied before or during the next session including the price of that session.

05 How can I make an appointment?

Call either of the location numbers provided here and schedule an appointment with the administrator who will then give you any additional pricing and information that you may need to know before your visit. If you are using insurance please allow at least 3 days for insurance verification.
